Ken Zakazakaarcher is an early-career specialist in the engineering sector who understands how challenging it can be for students and interns to break into industry. Through his own journey navigating university, internships and student leadership roles, Ken has seen firsthand how motivated emerging engineers often struggle to secure meaningful opportunities. As a proud First Nations professional, he also recognises the additional barriers that many Indigenous students face when entering technical fields.
 

Recognising this gap in early-talent development, Ken joined Lionheart Recruitment as a Consultant in Early Career Development, focusing on supporting students, interns and graduates as they build the foundation of their careers. His work includes a strong commitment to helping First Nations engineering students access pathways, confidence and real industry experience.
 

At Lionheart, Ken applies his experience working with engineering students and industry networks to help candidates become job ready, confident and prepared for real project environments.
 

He also works closely with companies seeking driven early-career talent who can grow with their teams.
